Cancellation Policy:

Please email us at alvina@pacaiskincare.com with any questions or concerns about your booking or should you need to cancel.

Cancellations will be accepted without charge if completed 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Cancellation without advance notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service price, but can applied to your next treatment.

Services are non-refundable.
