Cancellation & Return Policy

Please email us at alvina@pacaiskincare.com with any questions or concerns regarding your booking or if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment may be made without charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Appointments canceled without advance notice or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. This amount may be applied as a credit toward your next treatment.

Services are non-refundable.

Products are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
